100 Practical Touch is a 1 Espresso machine with a group 3,2 liter boiler.
100 Touch fits a thermosiphonic traffic system using it for function and flow variator. The flow variator (adjustable directly from the control panel) gives the opportunity to access, modify the brewing temperature in each group with respect to the used coffee mixture without changing the temperature in the boiler and, therefore, the capacity for the production of hot water and steam.
100 TOUCH DTC
DTC system (dual temperature control) used in 100 DTC is a thermosiphonic traffic system to function well and double heat exchanger, one inside of the boiler and one of larger diameter within each group. It is La San Marco most sophisticated temperature control system particularly for the hospitality of high consumption and consumption peaks.
Display 100 Touch
Each 100 Touch group comes with the display of the touch technology that enables a very ergonomic use. The display shows very useful information under brew selection.
