TOP 85 represents the technical evolution of the historic and famous series 85, which is appreciated in Italy and all over the world. In addition to the fine features of its robustness and reliability, La San Marco has now added a modern display, a work surface illuminated with multi-colored LEDs, and automatic electronic control of the temperature of the boiler. The new shiny white satin and white colors, along with the anti-fingerprint stainless steel, improve the appearance of the new TOP 85.
TOP 85 uses an ergonomic and functional back-illuminated keypad for each group. All keyboards are electronically connected to a graphic display, which integrates the programming, carried out with the aid of the keyboards.
This makes it extra settings and controls and provides a range of information that is very useful for the user.
Another new feature is the use of a filter holder and steam / water lever with a new handle with an extremely modern, Ultra ergonomic design.
TOP 85 is offered in the standard version with a flow variable or in the version with the DTC system, with which an extra heat exchanger is placed in the brewing unit.
